In order to upgrade to AutoMail® 8 you must....
| 1. | be running AutoMail® version 7 currently. |
Q: "How do I know what version I am running?"
A: Simply, when you launch AutoMail®... if you see an "orange" logo that says AutoMail® 8, then just let us know that, and ignore the remainder of these instructions.
If you launch AutoMail® and see a "white" splash-screen, continue these instructions.
| 2. | You may be utilizing "AMPolling" (though not required) as a polling engine to execute / complete AutoMail® Batches. |
| o | If you DO utilize AMPolling you need to contact AutoMail Support when you've completed these instructions. |
