'Special Handling' is, in part, how AutoMail® handles exceptional mailpieces. As shown in the screen-shot below one may wish to hold mailpieces flagged with verbiage such as DO NOT MAIL in the address-area. AutoMail® can be instructed to look for this explicit verbiage and, conclusively, exclude said mailpiece from inclusion in the manifest. It would not receive a postage price. Rather, that mailpiece would be handled external of the AutoMail® Batch.
AutoMail® can mine for various keyword identifiers from a document file or even an external / accompanying file. The program uses line, column, length methodology to identify keywords. |
