Create documents via AutoMail

 

AutoMail® Pro now has the ability to create PDF’s and an index file.

 

Prerequisites:

Current installation of CASS.

Installation of AutoMail® Pro 7.0.9593 or later.

Understanding how to set up a “master/reformat” configuration.

 

Steps:

1. Open AutoMail® Pro

2. Select your Master Profile

3. Select Write File under the Batch Menu (left side of AutoMail® Pro)

4. Check the Generate Document PDFs checkbox

5. Click Setup to the right of Generate Document PDFs checkbox

6. Specify an output location of the PDF’s and index file.

7. Enter in Document Index Fields. These are XML fields you want within the index file.

8. Click Ok.

9. Save Profile.

 

Output:

1. PDF’s of each document in the group.

2. XML index file describing the PDF’s
