You hold a site license for the AutoMail® product. This means all systems which are on-site may have the AutoMail® program installed. A word of caution before installing the AutoMail® product on multiple machines. All updates must be loaded on each machine upon which AutoMail® is installed. Any changes made to AutoMail® on one system, such as adding inserts, creating new profiles, or updating the AutoMail® Coding Engine, must be made to all other systems.
AutoMail® has the ability to run multiple types of files from separate Profiles (configurations). Generally, there is service fee for AutoMail Technical Support staff to create and configure new Profiles. Modifications to existing profiles may also be subject to professional service charges.
