The Batch Data screen is designed to (a)mine data from the existing / current Batch (that is, the Batch or job you presently have open in AutoMail®), and (b)give the mailer the ability to export specified fields from the resulting "Batch data". (c)The mailer / user can then export that data in one of three standard formats (Figure 2). |
